To ensure the highest quality results, please review our pre-cleaning requirements. Preparing your space allows our team of 20+ trained professionals to focus on deep cleaning every surface.
Pre-Cleaning Requirements
Before our team arrives, we kindly ask that you:
- Clear Personal Clutter: Please put away clothes, toys, and small items so our cleaners can access all surfaces.
- Remove Floor Obstacles: Ensure walkways and floor areas are clear to prevent accidents and allow for thorough vacuuming and mopping.
- Secure Pets: For the safety of our team and your furry friends, please secure pets in a comfortable area.
- Ensure Access & Utilities: Verify that our team has entry to the property and that electricity and water are fully functional.
Pre-Cleaning Requirements
To ensure we deliver the best possible cleaning experience, we recommend the following pre-cleaning actions before our team of 20+ trained professionals arrives:
- Clear Personal Clutter: Please remove laundry, dishes, and personal items so our team can clean surfaces efficiently.
- Organize High-Traffic Areas: Pick up toys, shoes, and other obstacles to provide clear access to all floor areas and surfaces.
- Pet Safety: Ensure pets are safely secured or in a separate area for their comfort and the safety of our cleaners.
- Access & Utilities: Please ensure our team has clear entry to the property, functional electricity, and running water at the time of service.
⚠️ Policy Note: Homes with excessive clutter or obstacles may require additional time and effort. In these instances, extra charges may apply, or we may recommend upgrading to a Deep Cleaning Service to ensure a spotless result
Policy for Deep or Heavy-Duty Cleaning Surcharges
If, during the service, our team of 20+ trained professionals encounters conditions that exceed the scope of a standard booking, such as:
- Significant Grime: Heavy built-up residue on floors, baseboards, or surfaces.
- Heavy Grease: Extensive grease buildup on kitchen appliances or backsplashes.
- Wall Spots: Significant buildup or staining requiring specialized spot cleaning.
- Specialized Attention: Any areas requiring additional time, specialized tools, or high-intensity resources beyond standard care.
In these instances, Premier Pro Cleaners reserves the right to recommend a Deep Cleaning Service or apply a heavy-duty surcharge before proceeding. This policy ensures we have the necessary time and equipment to deliver the spotless results you expect.
Client Transparency: You will always be notified of any potential extra charges and provided with the option to approve or decline before the work continues.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Recleaning Policy
At Premier Pro Cleaners, we are committed to delivering excellent results and total peace of mind for every client. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, our team of 20+ trained professionals offers a complimentary reclean (return visit) within 24 hours, provided the following conditions are met:
- Final Walk-Through: You were present for the final walk-through with our team at the conclusion of the service.
- Timely Notification: You notified us of any concerns within 24 hours of the service completion.
- Prompt Scheduling: Any recleans requested after 48 hours will follow our standard service scheduling and may be subject to normal service fees.

Extra Charge for Deep or Heavy-Duty Cleaning
If, during the service, our team encounters conditions beyond what’s typical for the
booked service, such as:
● Significant built-up grime
● Heavy grease on appliances
● Extensive wall spots or buildup
Areas that require specialized attention
We reserve the right to recommend a Deep Cleaning service or apply an extra service charge before continuing. This is because these areas require additional time, tools, and resources beyond standard cleaning care.
Clients will always be notified prior to any extra charge and given the option to approve or decline.
Recleaning Policy
We are committed to excellent results. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, we offer a reclean (return visit) within 24 hours provided:
● You were present for the walk-through at the end of service.
● You notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
Recleans requested after 48 hours will follow our standard service scheduling and may be subject to normal service fees.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I have refined your Cancellation & No-Show Policy to be professional, firm, and transparent. This version is optimized to protect your team’s schedule while maintaining the high standards of Premier Pro Cleaners.
At Premier Pro Cleaners, we understand that plans can change. However, late cancellations significantly impact our scheduling and the wages of our 20+ trained cleaning professionals. To provide consistent care to all our clients and fairly compensate our team, we have established the following policy:
- 48+ Hours Before Service: No charge.
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Service: A $50 late cancellation fee will be applied.
- Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: A $100 fee will be applied if our team is canceled on the day of service or cannot access the property upon arrival.
This policy ensures we can continue delivering reliable, high-quality results across South Florida.
Services We Do Not Provide
To maintain our high standards of quality and ensure the safety of our 20+ trained cleaning professionals, the following services are excluded from our standard cleaning packages:
- Carpet & Upholstery Shampooing: While we provide professional vacuuming, deep shampooing is a specialized service.
- Exterior & High-Reach Window Washing: We focus on interior glass surfaces; exterior or high-altitude window cleaning is not included.
- Heavy Organizing & Decluttering: Our team focuses on cleaning and sanitizing surfaces rather than professional organization or heavy decluttering.
- Bulk Trash Removal: We provide standard waste disposal within the home, but large-scale trash removal from the property is excluded.
- Deep Wall Scrubbing: Extensive scrubbing of walls is beyond the scope of a standard cleaning visit.
- Biohazard Cleanup: For the safety of our team, we do not handle hazardous materials or biohazard cleanup.
Professional Note: Some of these items may be available as specialized add-ons or included in our Deep Cleaning Services upon request.
